At the top of your browser on the Task Bar:
Choose Tools
Then choose Internet Options
Click the Privacy tab
The default setting is medium, which will allow you to accept cookies. To change this setting, move the slider to determine which setting you prefer. If your setting has been set to Custom, click the advanced button and choose Accept Cookies.

At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:
Choose Tools
Then choose Internet Options
Click the Security tab
Click Internet, then Custom Level
Scroll down to Cookies and choose Enable.
Accepting cookies in Internet Explorer 4.0
At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:
Choose View
Then choose Internet Options
Click the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under security and choose the Enable Cookies option.
Accepting cookies in Netscape Communicator 6.0
At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:
Click Edit
Then click Preferences
Click on Privacy and Security
Then choose Cookies
Select Enable.

At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:
Click Edit
Then click Preferences
Click on Advanced
Then choose Cookies
Set your options in the box labeled Cookies.
Note: If you're having trouble seeing the icons in with your User ID and password, try deleting all cookies and your temporary files then refresh the page. (Users of MSNR TV (formerly known as WebTVR) may not be able to delete their cookies themselves. Often, simply unplugging your unit will clear your cookies. If not, contact MSN TV customer support).
